Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.  
Every effort is made to ensure your prints are meticulously packaged and arrive in pristine condition.  
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, kindly retain all original packaging and contact us immediately with your order details for further assistance.  
*Please be advised that we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.*

We offer free shipping if your orders over $30, a shipping fee will apply. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes14 business days, while Custom Requests needs 20+ workdays fulfillment

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or busy periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive updates on its estimated delivery date.

 

4.Shipping Restrictions

We can ship worldwide.Shipping fees for remote areas are not included.
